NECROSARIUM X MonitaCon 2013

Today I was asked to become a sponsor for MonitaCon 2013! It's an Anime convention in North Carolina, and I am supplying a bit for the fashion panel! I'm really excited and can't wait to see what outfits everyone comes up with~ I've never been a sponsor for anything before, and being listed under the "sponsors" area is really awesome! ^o^
I can't wait for the day that I finally get to sell my work at my own merch booth at a convention, I've been an assistant to JHouse Rock at MechaCon and OniCon when I was 15-17 years old. It was super fun being a sales assistant! I know I will finally be able to run my own booth by myself one of these days, I can show JHouse Rock how far I've come with my own work since it's been a few years since I seen the guy I always worked with~

Vampire's Requiem Series

I'm loving my Vampire's Requiem series~ I hope to add on to it very soon! It's hard thinking of new designs to put into it, I don't really want every piece in the series to look exactly the same, so I want some new ideas that will match the theme... I will be working on that daily! Roses come in both red and blue~ The red set is in red and gold (the necklace looks like with silver, but it's the lighting), and the blue set is in blue and silver~

I see many of my customers wearing my Vampire's Requiem necklaces and they all look so lovely wearing them, I like to keep these necklaces stocked the most I can, and they are only $35~ The rings are often bought alongside the necklaces, and are only $15. I recently brought back the earrings as well, which are $18 a pair, and my claw sets come for $32 a set~

10-13-2013 Outfit

Today I wanted to try red lipstick to wear casually, since I loved my new lipstick in the last photo set~ It worked! I also ended up wearing a red dress, just to try the dress, and it looked so good together! >w< I think I can get used to simpler dresses, I can't afford pretty Lolita dresses, but I like simpler more anyways because I love showing off my jewelry without much distraction~ (⌒▽⌒)

10-12-2013 Outfit

Last night I wanted to try some new makeup I had bought, so I decided to dress up with it a bit~ Unfortunately my purple eyeshadow was too grey... So being out of options, I actually just used acrylic purple paint for eyeshadow... It was not the best, but I need to buy purple eyeshadow that works! (x_x)
I absolutely love this wig, it is a new favorite of mine~ I had been looking for ringlet curls for a long time, and finally found this wig! It is available in many colors from the AnimeStuffStore! The top is from RQ-BL. My earrings are part of a vintage necklace and earring set I bought in an antique shop in Reno, NV. I will soon take photos in the full set! Eyepatch, necklace, crown, horns, and claws all made by me ^w^

10-02-2013 Outfit

Here is a new outfit I tried, I really like the concept but I think the outfit needs work. I know I can improve how I want it to be though! ^o^ or now, I only have 2 photos~ I want to start showing full outfits soon, but it's hard to do, I need more things and better background, and since I take all of my photos myself, it's hard to do full-body shots haha

Journey to Inspiration Point!

This was me and Kaya's trip up into the Teton mountains! We decided to go to Inspiration Point... it was a loooong walk! ( ꒪Д꒪) We walked completely around a huge lake to get into the mountains, it was at least an 8-10 miles trip total I think. It was really pretty though~ Of course, we ended up getting stuck on the mountain at night... I don't know how we managed to get lost, but we did. -__- We were also stupid and didn't bring any flashlight or bear mace with us; there are many bears, wolves, and mountain lions here, and there were signs of a bear nearby, leaving hints that he was there in our path ヽ(ﾟДﾟ)ﾉ We eventually got down off the mountain about 2 hours later; I had to use my camera's flash as a flashlight when it got too dark to see anything haha

Y U U R E I [幽霊] Outfit

This is the outfit I named Y U U R E I~ I love the ghostly appearance! It is one of my favorites so far~ I think I may do a makeup tutorial one day. I want to do tutorials, but it seems when I try to make a tutorial, I forget how to do makeup ｡゜(｀Д´)゜｡ I think when I am better with makeup, then I will do some tutorials~

NECROSARIUM X HimemaniK

This is HimemaniK, a really cool electronic JPop/JRock duo consisting of members Ayame and Manik! ヽ(*≧ω≦)ﾉ I was really excited to see that they expressed interest in NECROSARIUM, so of course, I offered some of my work and I am so honored that they loved it! ^o^
I am especially excited to see my work featured in their new PV, [糸]!! Vocalist Ayame is wearing my headband, ring, necklace, and earrings!

I hope to see more between HimemaniK and NECROSARIUM in the future! It is a huge motivation~

Dir en Grey Concert [AGE QUOD AGIS 2011]

My last concert was Dir en Grey's AGE QUOD AGIS tour in Houston, TX 2011. Dir en Grey is always the best to see in concert~ Their shows are so full of energy, but watch out, if you are where I always am during the concert (in front of the stage) you may get hurt! >.< There were many times that I have had my hair ripped, punched, kicked, and thrown on the floor while being stepped on. ( ꒪Д꒪)ノ I hear it doesn't happen at their concerts in Japan, but concerts in USA get wild in any genre. Haha~

Despite everything, the concerts are the best! I also try to get many photos~

My Astrophotography

If there is one thing that I am the most passionate about, I could say it is science, particularly in the astronomy field! I have been interested in astronomy and other sciences since I was really young, and at around 5-6 years old I really started studying about astronomy! It was the most fascinating thing to me, and still is! Every day I learn something new about space, and I love sharing knowledge and am more than happy to teach anyone who is interested! (⌒▽⌒)☆

I love going out at night and taking photos of the sky; lately I can only use my camera alone, but at my home in Louisiana, I am able to use my Orion XT8 Dobsonian reflector telescope for photos of some planets and the moon~

I know my photos are not the best, but I am working with what I have and making the best of it! In the future I will buy better equipment~

Raven Ranch Studio X NECROSARIUM

I feel very lucky to be able to work with the gorgeous and extremely realistic skulls from Raven Ranch Studio! If it wasn't for their permission, I wouldn't have some of my favorite designs made~ Their work is of the highest quality, and you can also buy their pieces as made jewelry!

Here are some of my favorite designs I have come up with using their pieces:

Vintage Haori Kimono

This was my first time buying an authentic kimono of any kind, and I must say I have no regrets! This is one of the most beautiful pieces of clothing I have~ It is not printed, the fabric is gorgeous! It is about 30-40 years old. The patterns are a beautiful metallic gold embroidered onto black material. I bought this piece from SacredDaisy for $91 total.

I hope to do some photoshoots with this lovely Haori jacket in the future~
I also purchased a full set of a men's style Hakama/Haori kimono! I will try to take photos and upload them soon!

Black Leather Claws WIP

I have been wanting to make these leather claws for quite some time now, since around the time I started NECROSARIUM to be exact! At the time I had no clue how to even get started, but I have finally found a way to make gorgeous claws! I will be making these in brown also I think, possibly a distressed silver as well!

For these claws I am using a metal base and black leather~ For the first draft, I had to paint blue alligator-embossed leather because it was all I had at the time, but it came out perfect! The models that I will be selling will not be painted, unless it's to add extra detail~

A Casual Look

I was never one to dress up most days, honestly. I just got into it~ I thought I wouldn't have the time to dress up as I am constantly working, but it's actually really easy and great to get into doing! It is a self-esteem booster for sure~

For this look, all I use is a simple brown wig - which I love to buy my wigs from AnimeStuffStore on eBay - along with false eyelashes and a little makeup such as foundation and eyeliner. Sometimes red lipstick looks really good too! Eyelashes are optional, I just prefer to use false lashes instead of my natural lashes, they look more organized~

NECROSARIUM X Pan-d-ra

This is Pan-d-ra, an awesome JRock band with the sweetest members! Vocalist Toshiki is a good friend of mine, and I love making jewelry for the band! I hope to send out a fresh shipment of pieces to them soon, it is very exciting to see them wearing my jewelry; Toshiki always seems to be wearing my Vampire's Requiem collar, so I will definitely be sending my updated version~  (⌒▽⌒)☆
